Operations engineer turned AI product builder, based in Berlin. I started in mechanical engineering in India, where a portable oxygen concentrator I built won Best Engineering Project at VTU. From there I moved into operations and commissioning at Shou'alah, the world's largest waste-to-energy plant in Dubai, cutting truck offloading time by 75% with an automated weighbridge system built on SAP data. A master's in Engineering Management in Germany pulled me toward software, and today I focus on building websites and AI systems for small businesses - storefronts that bring a shop its customers, and Vasooli, an AI agent that follows up on overdue payments so owners do not have to chase anyone themselves.

BuildingAI agent for receivables recovery: it calls customers about overdue balances in their own language, records what each one promises and when, and contacts only the people a business has explicitly approved, stopping on request. The pilot began by digitising a handwritten credit book - 338 customers, 578 ledger entries - into a structured ledger with per-customer consent and verification gates that must be cleared before a single call is placed.
